I wish I could give more stars. Dr. Marcano and team takes their time, listens, and provides the best dental care. They resolved a crown issue I had after a root canal, did dental bonding, and fitted me for a new night guard. Lluvia is wonderful in assisting Dr. Marcano. Finally feel confident about my teeth! Thank you.

I’ve been coming to Dr. Francisco Marcano for years, and the experience has been consistently outstanding. From the moment I walk in, Linda greets me with a warm, welcoming attitude that sets the tone for the entire visit. Gabby, the hygienist, is absolutely amazing—thorough, gentle, and always professional. You can tell the entire team takes pride in what they do, and it shows in the level of care they provide. Dr. Marcano is truly best in class. If you’re looking for a dentist who delivers exceptional service and a great overall experience, I highly recommend him.

I had a wonderful experience at Sarasota Center for General Dentistry with Dr. Marcano. From the moment I arrived the atmosphere was calm and welcoming and the staff was very kind and attentive. Dr. Marcano was incredibly thorough and took the time to truly listen and understand concerns I’ve been dealing with for a long time and learn about my medical and dental history. What stood out most was his thoughtful approach in helping me create a clear, practical plan moving forward. He combines professionalism with genuine care, and it’s clear he is deeply committed and cares for his patients and their unique needs. I’m very grateful for such a productive first visit and highly recommend this office!

Absolutely tremendous care. I've been struggling with sleep apnea for many years, and seen countless doctors. The team here are the only ones that have helped me at all. All of them are extremely knowledgeable and have an intense desire to help people. Highly, highly recommend.

My family and I have been going to Dr Marcano for over 20 years. He is so knowledgeable and friendly. Every procedure I have had has been pain free and is very well done. Maria the hygentis is the best I have ever been too! Gentle, through leaving teeth feeling very clean. Linda is absolutely amazing! So efficient with all the front office and paperwork. Always makes you feel, like she knows you and are important. Highly recommend.
